Odd Icicles

I have never seen icicles that grow up. It's a new one for me and quite strange. I can't tell if they were formed from water dropping off the train car and freezing once they hit the ground, or if they actually went all the way from the train car to the ground but started melting and this is all that's left. Anyway, I thought I would post them so I can look back and ask the same question again in the future.
