Update On the Pup

Oh, I also needed to mention, we were able to find a group who will accept the puppy into their adoption program, get all of her shots and medical needs, then place her in a loving home! We are so thankful for them. As soon as I can, I will post a link to their website so you can track the adoption our rescue pup!

Its really cute - while I am typing this, the little puppy is sitting on the other side of the coffee table snoring really loud! I'm glad she's in a safe place and I'm even more glad that we are able to find an organization who is willing to find her a good home. The wife and I were talking last night - even though we haven't had her for more than a few days, we are still going to miss her!

Made A Few Changes

Hey everybody. I added a Shockwave caption to the right of my blog so you could see a 24 hour caption of the webcam. That's all. I don't really know why I said a few changes. It was probably because it took me so many tries it felt like I had accomplished more than just that. But oh well. I feel better.

We also had a chance to visit my niece and nephew. My niece had her tonsils removed and was recovering.

I know I haven't been too steady in my blog posts so I thought I would play catch up for a few minutes. This is a little pit puppy we found on our trip to Louisiana. She had been wondering around for a few weeks. The owners obviously didn't care enough about her to take care of her, and no one else was feeding her in hopes she would go back to her own home. I think she had a brother or two but they are no where to be found.
We brought her back and gave her a bath. She's very sweet and submissive - an incredible learner. She already knows how to use the doggie door and hasn't had one accident inside yet. We hope to find a pit rescue group or animal adoption group to help find a home. Ours is fine while she is a puppy, but way to small for such a big dog.
